Alex stood out to Matt Hyland this quarter even as he moved oversees from Sydney to Chicago – he’s now a critical part of the Chicago Service Desk Team. His can-do attitude and highly motivated approach had a huge lift for the team. Not to mention, he’s also taken initiative to get his AWS certificate.

It’s not only our CEO who raves about his performance, his team members find him an invaluable part of the company. As the United States operational presence continued to expand, Alex moved to Chicago at a key time for the business.
